The data collected when using our services is stored and subject to statistical analysis for marketing and optimisation purposes. However, the data collected will not be used to personally identify the visitor to the website, and will not be merged with personal data held about the bearer of the pseudonym unless you have expressly authorised us to do so.

If you do not want FMM or its co-operation partners to use cookies, deactivate this function in your browser. You can also delete cookies at any time. Please note that deactivating or deleting cookies may restrict the use of the website and the services offered.

2.4.2 Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation has been activated on this website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to render other services relating to website activity and internet usage vis-a-vis the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. .2.4.3 Use of Facebook Remarketing

This website uses the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” of Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). This function is used to present interest-based adverts (“Facebook ads”) to visitors to this website when they visit the Facebook social network. The Facebook remarketing tag has been implemented on this website for this purpose. This tag is used to establish a direct connection to the Facebook servers when you visit the website. The fact that you have visited this website is transmitted to the Facebook server and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. For more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy at

https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. Alternatively, you can deactivate the “Custom Audiences” remarketing function via

https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_=_ . You must be logged in to Facebook for this.

2.4.4 Use of Retargeting

This website also uses “Retargeting” technology to target users on our (campaign) partners’ websites with adverts who have already shown an interest in our company products or offers. In Retargeting, the advertising material is displayed on the basis of a cookie, which is set when a product page is called up. It goes without saying that no personal data is stored here either, and that the use of Retargeting technology also complies with the applicable statutory data protection regulations. If you do not want interest-based advertising to be displayed to you, you can deactivate the use of cookies by Google by accessing the ad preferences. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies by third-party providers by accessing the deactivation page of the network advertising initiative in question.

2.4.5 Use of Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers, and to make it easy to find the places we indicate on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.You can find more information on the handling of user data in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

2.4.6 Use of YouTube

Our website uses plug-ins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages that has a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. The use of YouTube is in the interest of creating an appealing presentation for our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Further information on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy at
https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de

2.4.7 Use of Facebook Pixel

Our website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) to measure conversions.
In doing so, the behaviour of site visitors can be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the efficacy of Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes, and for future advertising measures to be optimised.
The data collected is anonymous to us as the operator of this website; we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible, and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy. This enables Facebook to place adverts on Facebook pages and outside of Facebook. This use of the data cannot be influenced by us as the website operator.
The use of Facebook Pixel is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in effective advertising measures, including social media.

We use the so-called “TikTok pixel” from the provider TikTok (for EU: TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited, Aviation House, 125 Kingsway Holborn, London, WC2B 6NH.) on this website. This represents a code that we have implemented on our site. If you have issued your express consent, this code is used to establish a connection with the TikTok servers when you visit our website in order to track your behaviour on our website. You have the option to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. There are no costs other than the basic tariffs involved.
Personal data – such as your IP address and e-mail address, as well as other information such as device ID, device type and operating system – may also be transmitted to TikTok. TikTok uses e-mail or other login or device information to identify the users of our website and assign their actions to a TikTok user account.
TikTok uses this data to display targeted and personalised advertising to its users and to create interest-based user profiles. The data collected is anonymous and cannot be viewed by us, and can only be used by us to measure the efficacy of adverts.
In principle, the data is processed within the EU or the EEA. A corresponding data protection agreement was concluded with TikTok for this purpose. Should personal data be transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA, this is done within the framework of the Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e. standard contractual clauses).

2.5 Notes on the newsletter and consent

The following information explains the content of our newsletter, as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedure and your rights of objection. When subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive it and to the procedures described.

Content of the newsletter

We only send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications with advertising information (hereinafter “newsletter”) with the consent of the recipient, or with another pertinent form of legal authorisation. If the content of the newsletter is specifically described when registering for the newsletter, it is decisive for the user’s consent.

Double opt-in and logging

The registration for our newsletter takes place using a so-called “Double opt-in procedure”. This means that you will receive an e-mail after registration asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no-one can log in with other people’s e-mail addresses.

Registrations for the newsletter are logged, in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes storing the time of registration and confirmation, as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored at Rezcomm are also logged.

Use of the shipping service provider “Rezcomm”

The newsletter is sent via “Rezcomm”, a newsletter dispatch platform of the provider Airport Direct Travel Limited, Ashford House, Grenadier Road, Exeter, Devon, EX1 3LH, UK.

The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on Rezcomm’s servers in the UK. Rezcomm uses this information to send and analyse the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, Rezcomm may – according to its own information – use this data to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimisation of the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter, or for other pertinent economic purposes, in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, Rezcomm does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass it on to third parties.

We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of Rezcomm. We have also concluded a “Data Protection Legislation” with Rezcomm. This is a contract in which Rezcomm undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection provisions and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties. You can view Rezcomm’s privacy policy here.

Online access and data management

There are cases where we redirect newsletter recipients to the Rezcomm websites. For example, our newsletters contain a link that newsletter recipients can use to access the newsletter online (e.g. in the event of display problems in the e-mail programme). Newsletter recipients can also correct their data, such as their e-mail address, at a later date. Rezcomm’s privacy policy is also only available on their website.

Login data

In order to subscribe to the newsletter, please enter your title, first and last name, your position and your e-mail address. This information is only used to personalise the newsletter. We only use this information to customise the content of the newsletter to the interests of our readers.

Cancellation / Revocation

You may revoke your consent to the storage of your e-mail address and any other data – such as title, name, etc. and their use for dispatching the newsletter – at any time, for example, via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

The data is then deleted and the physical application documents are destroyed. The storage serves, in particular, as evidence in the event of a legal dispute. If it is evident that the data will be required after the expiry of the 6-month period (e.g. due to an impending or pending legal dispute), deletion will only take place when the purpose for further storage no longer applies.

A longer storage period may also take place if you have given your consent (Art. 6 [1] lit. a GDPR) or if statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
