ALLgate GmbH is a 100 percent subsidiary of Allgäu Airport GmbH & Co. KG, with currently 60 dedicated employees. We represent airlines on the ground and are responsible for all service features of Memmingen Airport. The focus of our work is always the individual and competent care of our passengers, with the ticket counter in the terminal is the most important starting point for questions and concerns of our passengers.

Our service team is responsible for:
- Information on flight deals and offers to/from Memmingen
- Information on baggage allowances and visa or passport regulations
- Ticket sales
- Cancellation and changing of reservations
- Booking of special service requests
- Service in case of flight cancellations and delays
