Remember to check in online in advance of your journey and print out your boarding passes or save them in your wallet.
Be at the airport on time! You should allow extra time for the check-in process, security checks and border control, especially during busy periods. Queues cannot be ruled out on individual days.
If you check in at the counter, always have your travel documents and passports ready to hand in your hand luggage! Please also have your documents ready when you approach the counter. This can save a lot of time!
Check the items of baggage you have booked and pay careful attention to the airlines’ prescribed hand baggage sizes.
The following applies for the security check: The carriage of liquids in hand baggage is still limited to containers of max. 100ml each in a transparent, resealable bag with a volume of max. 1 litre. Exceptions to this are medicines or baby food for which proof is required. Have liquids and larger electronic devices such as laptops and tablets as well as your jacket ready before the check and place these items in the trays provided.
Don’t forget: Important documents, valuables and medication always belong in your hand luggage!
