New trips to England and Scotland

Ryanair connects Memmingen with Manchester again and special flights to and from Scotland

A well-known destination is returning to the flight schedule at Memmingen Airport: From 2 November there will be non-stop flights to Manchester again. And in June there will be opportunities for short trips to Scotland.
Every Saturday from 2 November, the display board at Memmingen Airport will once again show Manchester.

Memmingen again. Ryanair will fly once a week to the city in the north-west of England, which has a population of around 550,000 and several attractive museums telling the story of its past as an industrial centre. “The new flight will also bring English skiers to our winter sports resorts,” says Marina Speiser, head of marketing at the airport. Football fans will also be able to attend matches of the legendary Manchester United club, if they can get hold of tickets.

Football fans will also be able to use Memmingen Airport during the upcoming European Championships. Ryanair will be operating special flights from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Memmingen on 13 and 15 June, when the Scottish national team plays Germany in Munich on 14 June. “The flights can also be used in the opposite direction for interesting short trips,” explains Marina Speiser. All flights are already bookable.
